I need help finding out how much my 1977 Mercedes is worth
this is my new 1977 Mercedes 450sl roadster and I have no idea what it’s worth so I was hoping somebody could help.
Pros:
100,000 miles
Has no dings + all rubber is intact
Has hardtop
Runs very well has no problems with the engine, the only thing is that you have to give it a little gas when you first start it up
Brakes are all good
Cons:
The issue with giving it gas like I mentioned earlier
Clear coat is peeling
Soft top needs replacing
Any guess on how much it’s worth would be super appreciated

Are those 1977 wheels?
It can range from 15K to 25K from what I've been seeing. What you actually get can vary on how fast you want to sell and actual condition, and location, and actual car history. Keep in mind that how you view your car might not be how others view it.

Go to Mecum.com. Go to Menu, Auctions, Results. Type in 1977 450SL. You'll get lots of hits. Note the results are not in any order. You can sort by highest bid. But keep scrolling because even that might not be consistent. BTW I'm a driver at the local Mecum Houston auction. Don't think I've ever had an SL.
