Classic Benz Diagnosis
I've got a 1975 280 W115 (I believe?) and I'm trying to figure out why it wont start, While I'm jumping it. Even when I purchased a fresh new battery.
Does the alternator need replacement?
It was working 5 years ago but after a while of not driving it in the garage, It wont start.
I'm in Las Vegas, So if anyone's got any reccomendations on a mobile mechanic, that be great.
Im really just tryna get this car up and running. I'll handle all the small maintenance later.

what do you mean will not start?
Does starter motor spin the engine over and the engine just spins and does not start and run on its own?
or the starter motor just does not spin and you hear what? Nothing, click click or maybe a whine or grinding of gear noise?
