Dirt inside the air intake. Help!

Might sound stupid but i cant sleep at night so here we are. I wanted to change my spark plugs on my W123 M110 engine. I removed the air filter (important detail) i sprayed some brake cleaner inside the spark plug holes and cleaned with compressed air. After i changed the plugs, i forgot to clean the K-Jetronic top so tehnically some particles that blew from the spark plug holes might have gotten inside the air intake. I already run the car. Will the posibile dirt get washed within the oil or be blown out on the exhaust? Will it cause some damage? Am i good or not? ) thanks

Dirt could just fall and rest inside a nook or cranny of intake system and not make it past the valve.
Dirt that does go into cylinder and either gets burned becomes part of deposits, blown out exhaust or will eventually get washed down into engine oil.

Into engine oil is most likely scenario.

If dust you should be fine just change your oil a bit earlier than normal.
