Hey all,
I was watching TV earlier and saw Mercedes Benz was second for the least reliable car and BMW was placed fourth under the same category. That news had struck me since MB is my favorite car brand today.

Sad indeed. I just read the same thing. I hope the reliability issues are fixed soon or it will impact the cars value and MB reputation for a long time to come. Has anyone heard if this quality/reliability problem has been fixed as promised by MB officials late last year and maybe this is the tail end of last years or 2003 news??

I am planning on buying a 2006 SL55 .. hopefully they'll have their act squared away by then. Lets wait and see. I'll definately be reading up on Calif's Lemon Law prior to buying anything from them.
