I guess Lorinser makes their body kits from Kevlar/Glass composite, while Brabus uses PU-Rim. Is it all mainly fiberglass? I think Carlsson used regular fiberglass for their body kits, but im not sure about the new ones. Is there a difference? Has anyone ever cracked their brabus or lorinser kits?

PU-Rim from Brabus is polyurethane, which is the same stuff the OEM bumpers are made up of (for the S class anyways).
I can't testify about the resilience of the Lorinser offerings (maybe lee2375 or any other lorinser owners), but the Brabus stuff is strong. I, idiotically, hit a curb with my damn bumper and the piece did not break or budge.
Fiberglass, althought cheap, is brittle and wouldn't have survived a collision with the curb.
