I'm looking for a quick list of current models available with all-wheel drive either standard or optional, that seat more than 2 people (and not station wagons).
I know the non-AMG e-class does, but what about the rest?

Only with the 4MATIC models, the M-Class, G-Class, and R-Class can you get AWD. (I think the M, G, and R are full-time 4WD)

Here's a list or you can go here: http://www.mbusa.com/brand/container...c_overview.jsp
All 2006 models
C280 Luxury Sedan
C350 Luxury Sedan
E350 Sedan
E500 Sedan
S430 Sedan
S500 Sedan

(I left out the Wagon models)
