Interior swap out?...Merc. specialist needed??
Hey guys heres my situtation. I am planning on swapping out my sport trim with another member for his wood trim. Straight up swap for everything. Now I was wanting to know if it would be best if we took our cars to a merc. speciaist that has what Im guessing a 'tool' kind of like a key to remove the interior trim and not breaking the clips or is it possible to remove without this supposid tool if it even is needed or exists. Any help on this would be great as I now have winter break and really want to spend the time to work on my car again. thanks guys!

If you must take it somewhere, try a audio/upgrade type shop. From what I have been hearing from a friend who owns one, they are starting to have slower times. They have all the tools to take out door panels, inside panels, dash, headliners, etc. They are usually around 30-50 an hour as opposed to the dealer at 100+ per hour. You might also try a body shop but they might put their lowest trained guys on it.
The alternative is to do it yourselves and just buy the broken clips that you mess up. That might be much cheaper than the 500 or so you will pay to get the interiors flipped.
