i just made an inquiry thru the official mbusa-dealership site *cough*mercedes of devon*cough* and the email bounced back...
the delivery failure notice shows that their info email address is:
mbofdevon@hotmail.com... hotmail? personal is cool but for a big dealership? that's just sad...

The MB Princeton website is maintained by MBUSA...it seems they don't have anyone savvy enough to handle simple html.
When I was going to order the car, I told 'salesmonkey' to e-mail me with any news...he said the dealership doesn't have e-mail! I should have run out the door right then...(hindsight is 20/20)

I told my service center rep to order the e-brake cover, door knob and replace the center vent and I print it out from the internet. He said he can't order that and know nothing about center vent. Please go buy direct from place that sell from the internet. So I call the main dealer and they have the part. I went back to service center and place the order, told him to order form main dealer. We only have service center here no dealer yet (another year they said).
He also order the center vent too. Maybe he is too busy? or just lazy
