Conclusion:

This is sick!! 251k of new cars sold in one year is the worst result since 1991 ! It places Poland somewhere close to Nauru :p
I have no idea how Mazda dealers managed to survive

Though this ranking does not include import of used cars, which was about 750k vehicles. [mostly junk that still hasn't found buyers]
