MB techs, I have a ? about your vacation time.
I really wanna know what kinda vacation your dealership/independent shop offers. I think ours blows but dont really have much to compare to.
Here it is 1 year - 1 week off, 2 years - 2 weeks, then 10 years - 3 weeks. Cant really remember sick time, but we do get a "floating holiday" for our birthdays. What about you guys.
