Corporate Lease- Does MB still require personal guarantee?
Our last company lease of a MB (2005 SL500), the lease surprisingly required a personal guarantee. The problem with this is that the residual value of the car ended up on a personal credit report. BMW doesn't require this and it is enough of a problem that we will not lease another Mercedes if this policy is still in effect.
Anyone know if this is still a requirement?
