Leg Room/Hip Room

How many more inches of leg room and hip room do you get when you move up from a 2006 E class to a 2006 S class? Can't find this info

Ummm, maybe none.

According to Edmunds, the 2006 E-Class has 41.9 inches of front legroom, and the 2006 S-Class has 41.3 in. The E-Class has 56.4 inches of front shoulder room, and the S-Class has 59.2 in. I did not find a figure for front hip room.

Incidentally, if headroom is an issue, buy a car without the sunroof. It will give you about 2 inches additional headroom.

I am a bit under 6'4", so these dimensions are important to me.

There is substantially more room in the rear with the S-Class.
