Can the DVD Navigation in a C-class be hacked?

I am planning on getting a C55 AMG, '04 or newer with the factory COMAND DVD Navigation system. Can I use this screen which is in the dash to play DVD's somehow? Does the factory system have something like an RCA input in the rear or somewhere (probably not huh)? Is there a way to make this possible? I have read up on some aftermarket or european factory DVD systems for the c-class which allow this perhsps. Any input is greatly appreciated.
