I just had another bad experience with MB USA customer service. They are the worst ever. They just dont treat their customer properly. I dont think so. If anybodt from MB USA read this I hope they will atlerast talked to this guy John H. Employee number(2015054665) this number seems to be his phone number because they are in NJ. But anyways I hope changes will take place this is not the first time.

There seems to be a defenite need for reconstruction. Its not only a problem in this country either. You can hear Jeremy Clarkson bashing MB customer care on top gear all the time.

Thinking of buying a new E car. Question. When bought new is it necessary to have car rust proofed? Or do they now do it at the factory. Am in Wisconsin and they salt all the time. Cars last about 4 years ( Chevy & Fords) that is. Comments.
