Need help with additional keys!

I have a 2005 w209 and only have one key left. Whats the most cost efficient way to get another key? Can keys from ebay be reprogrammed? Thanks

Get the new style key...it's only 50-70 dollars.

CHEAPER than the old style smartkey if you can believe it.
