Extended warranty

Extended warranty
My warranty is expiring soon. Can anyone recommend which warranty to get? I did some research and found some people here think that Mercury is good. I called them and got quoted:
Silver 48 months $1,970
Gold $2,180
Platinum $2,405
I've looked at the coverage for each on their website. autowarrantybroker.com and I called them and they told me the coverage is as follows:
Silver 89%, Gold 92%, Plat 98% of the MB warranty
However, I'm not sure if any of those are actually close to the MB warranty. Any inputs on Mercury or any other good warranty will be appreciated.

We'll be purchasing our new E in a week or two and wondered if anybody had feedback on when to purchase the extended warranty. I know we want it and plan to keep the car for a long time. Better to fork out now and be covered or wait till near the end and renew? Any input is appreciated.
