my dads co-worker turned in his company car. E500 with Amg sport package+ 4 matic. He will be turning it into the company or he could buy it for like 22,000 dollars. My dad told him he would buy it off of him, because he would either give it to my mom, or resell it.
Anyone know what theese are worth- 2005 amg sport package, blackonblack. with like 30,000 miles. and 2 sets of rims and tires.
Is the 4 matic active like the quattro or does it kick in once it slips like infinitis? Thanks for the advice!

Just by using edmunds to value the car, for a base 05 E500 4matic black/black.
Trade in price (aka going to dealer)--- $35,865
Private Party---$38,188
Dealer Retail--$40,090.
Thats just for a base one. AMG package is over a $5k option if I remember right, and I dont know what else the car has on it.
But if you can buy it for $22k and it has nothing wrong with it thats one heck of a deal.
