Whats A Mb Service Tech Make ?
My son is interested in ATI Tech University. They have certified MB training classes. Someone know what a 1st yr. MB service technician would be offered.? What about 2nd, 3rd yr?

the first 4 years before becoming a journeymen tech you will be in the range of 30-40k you can be moved up sooner but that depends on the service manager if he feels your ready to jump up to a journeymen getting into a 401 shop is a plus because of the benifits --good luck (i have been in a dealer for about 17 years)

Seems a bit low. In LA Techs tell me they bill 12 to 24 hours of service per day with a $ 30. hr cut. Some also get 1% of parts over a certain volume per month. At $350 to $700 per day they will reach $40K by the Fourth of July.
They can bill so many hours because the flat rate times are often skewed for novice mechanics. A flat rate one hour alternator job takes a motovated tech 15 minutes to acomplish.
