Bluetooth not working

I have a GL450 with the puck and Verizon Razr phones. The system has been working fine. Recently upon startup the system cannot "locate" the phones and therefore does not work. I have unconnected and reconnected the puck with no change. Any suggestions?

Yes, push the button on the puck, holding it down for several seconds, so it will re-pair with the phone. You should see the blue light change from a slow blink to a fast one. Then watch your dashboard indicator and it should tell you when the re-pairing is complete. If this fails for you, contact http://www.wireless4mb.com and they can help you.
