I have a problem with my car. It's a 03 e320 sport. several minutes after an alignment (not a dealer) the car came up with this error message. The front passenger fender is over the tire. They said that they don't have to touch the suspension. That is not their fault. What can be the problem and how much would the repairs be.

Well it is their fault, The DC Airmatic is so far beyond even most Mercedes Benz Dealers, that an independent would have little hope to do a successful alignment. The problem could be a simple leak in the hose, less than $100 to fix or a damaged Airmatic strut about $1000.00 to replace. Do a search here for more information.

BTW most W211 pull to the right even with perfect alignment.

Have the car towed to a dealer!

Even if the alignment shop didn't break something (and they probably did), if they're not qualified to touch the suspension they're not qualified to align the car.
