Please Help
I'm looking for a reputable mechanic in my area outside of a dealership and would greatly appreciate a recommendation from anyone of my fellow MB owners out there.
Anywhere in the vicinity of White Plains NY north of NYC or CT would be fine.
I'm willing to travel.
I guess I will need someone that will stamp my maintenance book so I'll be covered under warrantee.
Does a mechanic have to be certified by MB to do the scheduled maintenance on the car?
Not sure how this works but I don't want to play any games with my coverage.

I've been having alot of trouble getting an answer to this question (posted a few times) and really appreciate your help.

Still waiting for a single reply from either forum. I'm trying to figure out why that is and am at a loss actually...
Is it possible there are no good mechanics either indipendent or at dealerships in the area?... That's imposible.
Do members maybe feel somewhat proprietary about such information?
I just find it odd that I have had this up for a few months now on 3 or 4 different posts and have not gotten a single suggestion from either forum.
I feel like I must be missing something that's very obvious but can not figure out what it is.
