I got ticket for window tint today.
i came from OHIO where window tint is allowed for %)%, though i didn't take out when i got LA.

help me out how much ticket coast? help needed.

I live in the Bay and got it for $363 but that was with brake light and front plate.

all tickets in LA is too expensive.
i belive i got less then 100 for speeding in OHIO few years ago.

I believe there's a phone number on the ticket. If you call, they will give you the bail amount.

I'm still driving around without front plate, I should have it on though so I'm knocking on wood that I won't get a ticket. Adding the plate just defeats the look on the front end. that's just me....

Everything here in California is expenisive I got a ticket for speeding and it was $797. Went to court and the judge reduce it to $179 plus the officer did not show up.

if it helps, tickets in OC cost less. haha. i had a front window tint ticket, and it was only about $40, fix it ticket.. so just remove it.. pay the $40, then put it back on. my tint shop did it for free, and i had 0% limos all the way around. it's only illegal in the front two windows.

I received one a couple of years ago in downtown LA. It was just over $100. From what I was told, the cop has a choice of two options:

1) fix it ticket which requires you to pay a fine, remove the tint and go to a station to prove you removed it.
2) pay fine.
