Customer Service Champs
In the March 3, 2008 Business Week three car companies are listed as customer service champs among 25 winners. Listen Up MB! They were Lexus, Lincoln, and Cadillac.

Interesting but I do not know how Cadillac came even close. They must have taken this survey 2 days after people purchased. I can tell you from first hand experience that owning a Cadillac was the worst automotive experience I have ever had and that goes from both the dealer and the factory. It was in addition the most unreliable car I have ever owned. It was the car that swore me off of GM products for the rest of my life. I now have owned 6 MB's since 1998 and my experience has been excellent in all cases.
