I am in the beginning stages of researching which Benz I should purchase for my next daily driver. My wife has an ML-320 and I am having to put down my older Volvo 960. I am leaning towards the 2001 - 2007 models. I have been looking at the C class sedans but am not quite sure which to get, the 320 or the 240? 4 cylinder vs the 6? I will use the car for my daily commute and travel about 50 miles per day......any thoughts??????

C240 has 2.6-liter V-6.

definitely get the C320...back when i was buying my car..it was between a white C240 and a silver C320...and obviously i went with the 320. there is a 47 horsepower difference between the two models, which is extremely significant. also the 320 models are a lot more likely to have the gizmos and options that u might want.

I'd go for the C320, V6 215HP and depending on year I believe 04s and up have 7 speed automatic.
