Just stumbled upon this site on accident, figured since I own several of these cars I'd sign up.
I'm an early 20s kid from Ohio . I collect foreign sports/luxury cars, and over the past year a friend of mine got me turned onto Mercedes-Benz cars, and I've been buying them up ever since, oops! My oldest is a '37 that was used by Hitler's army in WWII, nifty little piece. Restoration is underway, but I must say - parts are almost unattainable.
Is there anyone here with any Benz's around that age? I also have some 1950s cars, a 59 Ponton with 19,000 orig miles is my most cherished. But I have yet to drive it - - too many things going on!
I also purchased a w126 car from the FBI - a retired fleet car, used for diplomatic transportation.
