Hi guys,

I signed up for Startek and got this Java application. Now all I figured out is I can enter a VIN and get the Data Card. So far so good. I also saw I can look up parts by the number. Oh well, if I would know all the numbers I wouldn't need the application I guess. BUT: If I actually enter the part number all I get is "no result". No matter what I do.

Is someone so kind and could give me and possible others a quick introduction of how to use EPC?

If you enter a number and get no result it's a bad number.

Or, if you've already entered your VIN, it's not a valid number for your car. (I think)

Also, the free version is USA cars only, so a part number found on a nonUSA car may not compute.

Best to look parts up via the illustrations.

Nice.. first question would be: How do I actually get those illustrations to see? For instance the hat shelf in the back with the speakers and the woofer speaker built in?
