Millennium Mercedes-Benz Bridgewater (What a JOKE)
Called them to have a PPI done. The girl in service asked what that was. When I told her, she told me they don't do Pre purchase inspections. I asked for the service manager. He also didn't know what a PPI was. When told , he said they won't do it.
Then I called the used car manager and asked if he would check a car for paint work for me if I paid him. He was nasty and basically hung up on me.
Got to the car this morning to purchase it. The car wouldn't start. Call Millenium M-B and they said they couldn't get to it for a week or so. We told them we just drove 800 miles to purchase the car and he still said NO.
Not one person was helpful nor friendly at that place.
