Hey guys,

I was checking out aftermarket HID bulbs on some auto accessory website and noticed the following:

It's like some kind of engine chip I guess but the description is rather vague. My interest was piqued however, so I thought I'd ask around and see if it was worth buying. I don't know if that company is any good or not... I searched MBWorld for them and came up empty handed.
