Where and What is the best price I might expect on a new 2010 E-350 (W-212).

I am looking for a Luxury model with an MSRP of $54,725 here in Southern California.

Any suggestions as to which dealer? Will I do better locally or should I look elsewhere?

How much under MSRP would be considered a 'Swinging Deal?"
