How do you remove window tint?

If you were to do it yourself, I think you would need a blow drier to get it off. Even though it could be done at home, I would prefer to take it to a professional since the removal does take some time and if removed unevenly, there will be residue on the window that you would have to scrub off (almost like removing tape from a roll). If the tint has been on the window for a long time, it might discolor the window.
