Forged Mercedes engines
I read on youtube that "All mercedes engines have forged internals...from the factory" and im quoting here. Is this true?

No, not really. My SL55 AMG is built with cast pistons just like all 55 Kompressor engines. However, these stock cast pistons are some of the strongest ever made.
