How do I shut the lights off?

How do I shut the lights off?
In both my Merc's I put the light switch to the O position but the lights still stay on. How do I get them to go off?

You have DRL's enabled.
You should be able to disable them under the "Settings" menu, "Lighting" sub-menu (based on the W215 CL-Class). Your menus may be different, and a lot of newer cars don't have the option to disable them at all (although I think the dealership can still program them out).
