I see these performance chips advertised that can increase HP up to 35 hp. Has anyone placed these chips in their car? What results have you experienced? Do they hurt the car in anyway? Do they void the warranty?

IMO, I think these chips are worthless. If anything, they advance timing a little and add extra fuel.

If the dealership is able to prove that something like was installed and damaged the vehicle, the warranty would probably be voided.
