I use it.... Really the only thing that I use it for is to update my Teli Aid information and to use the remote unlock feature if I ever lock my keys in the car. Never have done that... But have used the Remote Unlock feature through the internet to show people how it works.

I suppose you can also use the owners area to schedule service appts, however, I find a good 'ol fashioned phone call does the trick.

I registered with it and it seems like a waste of time because it provides nothing that I don't already know.. Maybe if I had TeleAid??

I use the mbusa owners site....really no benefit of it...although I did not know about the Teleaid aspect of it...that may help one day...other than putting in mileage of the car and services performed, which if you have FSS - they dont match up, the owners page is really not functional...unless you dont know anything about your car....

I've signed up for the Owner's site, but like others, have no use for it really. It's much easier to call my dealer to get an appointment, and as for as remote unlock for teleaid, that's as easy as picking up the phone too..

I never use it, but I have to admit; it is pretty neat to unlock your car from your computer .

I'm going to move this to the General Mercedes Discussion forum.
