There's a good Brake DIY at the top of the W210 forum. Most, if not all, of it would apply to your car.
However, brake jobs are probably not a good first time DIY project. Contamination and air in the system resulting in poor braking are common mistakes by the inexperienced.

Since his car has SBC braking--and W210s don't--advise instead he look in W211 forums.

Yes those are both good points. I only suggested the W210 forum because of Greg's Brake DIY for general information. But you are correct it could be misleading especially with a car with SBC.
