Lisa Lehrbaum is gone....goodbye easy ELW warranty
Been trying to call her and no response. Turns out, she's gone. 
I asked if its still possible to buy the Extended Limited Warranty (ELW) for the Mercedes from them if you didnt purchase your vehicle from a Mercedes Dealership, and I was told that they are evaluating that and it is no longer available.
So, unless there is another dealership that will sell you a warranty, if you buy your Mercedes from and individual or a NON Mercedes dealership, you are out of luck to extend your warranty. Anyone else have thoughts on this?
I asked if its still possible to buy the Extended Limited Warranty (ELW) for the Mercedes from them if you didnt purchase your vehicle from a Mercedes Dealership, and I was told that they are evaluating that and it is no longer available.
