just about everything...
1978 300 SD should I buy?
There is a body shop I work for, and the guy has a 1978 Mercedies-Benz 300 SD diesel for sale for an reasonable price.
Everything on it checks out, runs good, interior is in great shape, but one thing kinda scares me about it. It has 298,000 miles on it.

I thought maybe I should find more advice on it from others who would know more about it than me, and how well they run being high millage before I buy it.
