2007 SL550 & 2009 C300
Although I still have not purchased extended coverage for my '07 SL550 I did just start a 3yr/36000mile service agreement for my wife's recently purchased '09 C300. The final cost was around $1,800 + Tax. It was purchased through NAC. I did however learn something new when I was investigating the agreement. What I found out is that it starts NOW, even though I still have 7 months left on the factory warranty. Had I waited until the factory warranty had expired the cost of the 3 year NAC agreement would have been significantly higher. That's something you ned to be aware of when shopping for extended coverages.

Any updates regarding 3rd Party Extended Warranties
This is my first post and I see it's been a while since anyone has posted warranty info, so keeping my fingers crossed someone responds. I am considering a 05 S55 with 88k miles and an 06 S55 with 81k miles and looking for a 3rd party exclusionary warranty (concerned about the ABC). NAC and Fidelity are the two that were frequently mentioned. Anyone have any updates as to who offers a good warranty or a dealer offering them at a "reasonable" price?
