Does anyone know whether K&N air filters will help raise the gas mileage of a C Class?

Cool B-King

Gullwing, thanks for your response. I was wondering. I'm guessing the twin filters on my C320 Coupe are probably doing all that can be done to keep gas mileage optimized.

Especially since they're not destroying your MAF sensor as a K&N will.

Since it will be about the same thing, why not just remove your current filters and run a bit without any filters and see if you can tell any difference? You won't be able to.

Cool

Thanks for your ideas. I'm not inclined to take any risks with this car. Everytime it hicups it's very expensive.
