Can CPO cars including those with paint work?
 

Long story short: my wife can't drive.:slap: Last week she kissed a curb pulling into a parking spot. It only left a small, small scuff, but to my disgust, a BIG chunk of paint came off b/c the bumper had been repainted and by the looks of it, with chitty prep work. I bought the car 1.5 years ago CPO. Now, to be fair, it wasn't obvious to me upon inspection at purchase that the car had paint work, but when I showed the recent damage to my car resto guy, he knew immediately the bumper had been painted. Trained eyes I guess. Anyway, wondering if my car should have been certified to begin with? Anyone know for sure?

Yes It can be repainted, as long as there has is no structural damage it can be certifed
