help with Rear main and Torque strut bushing

I have 2004 c-240 with only 45,000K. I purchased this car new. All services done by the dealer . .My sensor had to be replaced yesterday and I was told that Rear main is leaking (cost over $2,500 ) and the Torque strut bushing had to be replaced. I also had to replace drivers door latch at 43,000K

I am wondering htat all of this happing at such a low milage might be a defect..Please give me your input.
