Buying a 2004 or 2005 E55
Hello all. Need some advise from the experts so I thought I would come here. I own a 2010 Mercedes GLK 4 Matic and am going to trade or sell it for a 2004 or 2005 E55. I have two options. one is a 2005 with brabus mods on it from a dealership in Bellevue, WA called Definitive motors? Does anyone know anything about them? The other is a 2004 with some mods but had an extended warranty until 2015. This is a private party and the one I am leaning towards. Any help would be appreciated. I believe the 2004 was sold by someone here and brought out to Seattle from back East. Any advice would be great. Thanks!

Update..I just ran autocheck on the two. I had already deceided on the 2004 because the person I am dealing with is very upfront and honest. 2004 came out clean as a whistle. The benz from definitive motors came out as frame damage. So I ran two more vehicles from them because I was curious and they came up with frame damage as well.

The telephone system in E-class was significantly modernized for 2005. It could be 2005 was the first year for SAT radio, but not as certain about that.
