Cruise Control Issues - CLK 430 Mercedes Convertible
I recently purchased a 2003 CLK 430 Mercedes convertible
with 28K miles with new tires. I was on a long trip and had a blow out (left rear tire) on a state road. Because we were visiting a small town, we had to purchase a different brand of tire. On the way home from our trip, my cruise control would work as long as I was going 50mps or less, but would not hold on anything higher. The dealer that I purchased the car from was not familiar with this type of problem. Below are my tire specs. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Decca Elswick
Left Front - 225/45ZR17 94Y (KUMHO)
Right Front - 225/45ZR17 94Y (KUMHO)
Left Rear - 245/45R17 95H (NANKANE) - (New tire to replace blowout tire)
Right Rear - 245/40ZR17 95Y XL (KUHMO)
