Yes, I like so many of you thought he was derranged but after about a min of watching the video it hit me. He is probably engaging in some form of fraud and will report the vehicle as a "flood loss" and will obviously get money out of it. That is the best possible reason why he would soak the entire interior of his car. If you guys have any better possible explanations I would love to hear them but I believe that mine is the most logical. Let me know what you guys think.

After study the license plate the guy is from Italy. Guess some crazy rich dude acting all nuts!

My wife forgot she had bought chicken to cook & left it in the trunk of her Caddy. We left town for 2 weeks.The Florida sun baked the chicken. Needless to say I had to sell the car. I guess I should have tried a power washer LOL.

This idiot is not an Arab as much as you guys jumping to conclusions would like them to be... Gypsy sounds about right, they are speaking an eastern European dialect, almost sounds Russian. Regardless, he's an idiot, he's either doing it to "look" cool, or it's not his own car and he's being a dick. I wish I could find someone to translate.. At fist I kinda didnt mind, he was blasting the back seat and my first thought was someone threw up, so I kinda got it. Then he moved on to the front and the dash.. Wtf.. Unbelievable!
