I'm a newbie & I think I bought from the wrong people.

I ordered 2 parts from these people Aug. 24th. After waiting a MONTH only ONE item came.I emailed them many times,they said they screwed up & only sent ONE. I asked if the could express ship the other part. No response to that,just that they didnt have it in stock. I'm still waiting almost 2 months now.
Has anyone else had problems w/them??????
