What is the requirement for a MB Service Advisor?
I don't know if this was asked before on this site, but what is the requirement for a service advisor? Also is service advisor or consultant the samething? Does Mercedes require a service advisor to go to any kind of tech school? I read somewhere about ELITE but I really have no idea what it is. Thanks
