MY 2013 - incentives? (canada)

Question MY 2013 - incentives? (canada)
anybody know what incentives are available? specifically looking eclass.

MB canada website has only finance numbers, and then only MY 2012. other websites (eg APA) note a $3200 factory to dealer on MY 2012...but they dont even have dealer cost for 2013 let alone invoicing so their numbers are behind.

dealer is offering $4k off....just trying to figure out if they are essentially passing along the factory incentive or genuinely discounting.
