Alarm wont arm, blinkers wont flash, IR windows wont work.

Alarm wont arm, blinkers wont flash, IR windows wont work.
2000 C230 sport kompressor.
Had some stuff rolling around in the trunk so I think that's where the problem is at.
Also think this problem could happen to any newer Mercedes
Some symptoms are:
Locking the car with remote will not arm alarm, will lock doors.
IR window function wont work at all.
Panic button does work
With window down, Doors locked with remote, I can still start the car.
The lil red light on the TOW switch does flash.
I checked the fuses in the trunk and engine and they are fine.
Could be a relay?
I also disconnected the Battery to reset the system.
any pointers would be great.
Another note, My power seats don't work, and I quick search revealed a faulty relay. I smack the relay and my power seats work again , but not for long.

PSE Module maybe? Must check for codes with an SDS (Star Diagnostic System) before replacing. Seats...yeah...relay goes bad which is located in the trunk area.
