I recently purchased a 2013 c300 4matic and am having a couple of minor issues. First, the Eco system rarely activates. I read in the manual that it operates only in certain conditions but I'm noticing the eco icon skipping between green and yellow and I rarely have had to use it at red lights. Second, on two occasions now I have started the engine and it sputters then shuts off. I start it again immediately (well a few seconds go by) and it runs fine. Current conditions are 3-5 degrees Celsius and the sputtering occurred on an uphill incline. Car has 4900km. Any feedback?

What did the dealer say? You should have warranty yes?
