Mercedes Wheel & tire protection insurance problem
I'm having problems with Mercedes on my wheel and tire insurance.
Mercedes had the vehicle for over a week trying to complete this claim because one wheel is very bent and the other has a hairline crack. Mercedes insurance said they will not cover it because I didn't transfer the insurance over to my name after I purchased the vehicle. The insurance is transferable so I'm thinking Mercedes is just trying to pull a scum bag move to avoid paying for the repair.
Does any one have experience dealing with this type of issue?
